Opportunity Description

World Leading Pulisher located downtown is in need of a Marketing Manager for a contract role.

This is a fantastic opportunity working with a dynamic team.

Qualified candidates must be able to work on site 40 hours per week.

Job Duties

Manages Marketing Campaigns from concept to completion
Coordinates and communicates directly with editors, publicists, sales teams, agents and authors
Advises authors on marketing platforms
Manages budgets
Assists in planning and preparing for seasonal sales meetings

Education

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent work experience

Experience & Skills Required

Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in book publishing or a similar industry

A positive, can-do attitude plus possesses the ability to work well with different types of personalities

Exceptional written and oral communications skills

Passion for diverse books

Demonstrated knowledge of digital publishing and book marketing landscape

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
