Opportunity Description

International travel department is seeking a coordinator for a long term contract. This is a great opportunity working with a dynamic team.

The posiiton is hybrid and you must be able to work on site.

Schedule: Overnight (6pm – 6am) - every Thurs/Fri/Sat (and alternating Wednesdays)

Job Duties

Monitor transportation schedules
Confirm and book ground transportation and hotels
Handle a high volume of communications

Education

College degree preferred

Experience & Skills Required

Hospitatlity , Airline or Travel Agency Experience

Exceptional Customer Service

Must be available to work weekends and holidays
