Join Our Team of Agency LPNs at HumanEdge!

We're seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to work at our client facility in Edison, NJ. We offer per-diem, part-time, and full-time opportunities with all shifts available!

Job Duties

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments

Monitor patient conditions and record vital signs

Assist RNs and other healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality care

Ensure accurate documentation of patient information

Offer emotional support and education to patients and families

Experience & Skills Required

Active LPN License in the state of New Jersey.

Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting (hospital, nursing home, or long-term care facility preferred).

Experience in medication administration and patient monitoring.

Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and accurate documentation.
