Job Duties
- Ensure all posting is conducted in a timely fashion to provide accurate reporting to clients
- Ensure orders ship as required and communicate failures to clients
- Scan BOL’s/COA to clients/consignee as needed/required
- Prioritize work load based on shipping dates and services to ensure warehouse has ample time to prepare shipments
- Maintain a clean and organized desk
- Effectively communicate with clients in problem solving
- Effectively communicate with Transportation dept regarding outbounds
- Ensure all shipments are scheduled properly
- Communicate effectively with upper management as required
- Run reports for clients as required
- File all BOL’s/Receipts in a timely manner
- Cross train with other accounts
- Maintain a file on each client with specific requirements/needs and update as needed
Experience & Skills Required
- 3PL Customer Service exp.
- Accellos by Korber WMS software exp.
- 6 months-1 year freight industry or related transportation/logistics exp.
- Basic computer and English language skills
